About us

Research to Reality

Metaktik is a Finnish deep-tech company born from cutting-edge research at Aalto University’s Small Satellite Laboratory and a Business Finland Research to Business project.

We have successfully transitioned from the laboratory to the market, delivering groundbreaking, ultra-lightweight metasurface antenna solutions for the demanding needs of defence, aerospace, maritime, and telecommunications.

Our mission

We are introducing exceptionally thin and flexible antenna solutions that change the game for traditional, heavy, and rigid radar and communication systems. Our mission is to provide the superior situational awareness and capabilities required to keep societies and people safe.

We believe that modern operational environments necessitate lightweight, highly agile, and more efficient antenna solutions that can provide the critical advantage in the field. Our next-generation technology can be integrated seamlessly into any piece of equipment. It connects forces and protects them like never before.
